Terms & conditions
The simple rules for ordering from DECORWALA (decorwala.shop), a part of the S M Decor family, Nr Panchpipli, Jamalpur, Ahmedabad – 380001.
Prices
- Prices are per square foot and include 18% GST. Our Non-woven wallpaper is ₹120 / sq.ft; other papers are quoted on WhatsApp.
- The minimum order is 80 sq.ft. Smaller walls are billed as 80 sq.ft.
- First order: 10% off, on any amount. Only one first-order discount per customer.
- Installation and any delivery charge depend on your location and are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
Placing an order
When you place an order on this website, WhatsApp opens with your order details. Your order is confirmed only after we check the design, size, paper and final price with you on WhatsApp and you approve it. Payment details are shared after that approval.
Measurements and colours
- You are responsible for the wall measurements you give us. We add a few extra inches on each side for trimming.
- Screens show colours differently. The printed wallpaper can look slightly different from your screen; order a sample if the exact shade matters.
- Previews made with “Try on your wall” are for ideas only and are not an exact match of the final result.
Custom designs
When you send us a reference photo, we make the same or a similar design. Please only send pictures you are allowed to use. We do not print logos, brand characters or artwork that you do not have the right to use.
Returns and replacement
Please see Returns & replacement. In short: no returns after printing starts; damaged or misprinted rolls reported within 48 hours are replaced free.
5-year warranty
- We warrant our wallpaper against print fading and peeling caused by a manufacturing defect for 5 years from the date of installation.
- The warranty applies when the wallpaper is installed on a dry, smooth, seepage-free wall — by our team or by following our instructions — and cleaned only as advised.
- It does not cover damp or seepage, cracks or movement in the wall, physical damage, scratches, burns, harsh chemicals or scrubbing.
- To claim, send photos and your order number on WhatsApp. If the claim is valid, we repair or replace the affected area.
Delivery
Delivery times are given on the Delivery & installation page. Delays caused by courier issues, weather or events outside our control can happen; we keep you updated on WhatsApp.
