What information we use and why. We keep it short and simple.
What you share with us
When you contact us or place an order, you send us details on WhatsApp — like your name, phone number, address, wall size and photos. We use these only to quote, make, deliver and install your order, and to help you afterwards.
What stays on your device
- Your cart, saved designs, compare list and recently viewed designs are stored only in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to us.
- Photos you use in “Try on your wall” stay on your phone or computer. They are never uploaded.
Website statistics
We may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website (for example, which pages are popular). These tools use cookies and collect information such as pages visited and device type. They do not give us your name or phone number.
We never sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal details. We share them only with the people who help us complete your order, such as the courier who delivers it, and only as much as they need.
Messages from us
We message you about your order. We send new designs and offers only if you ask for them (for example with “Send me new designs”). Reply STOP any time and we will stop.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you shared with us — WhatsApp us or write to info@decorwala.shop. You can clear the data stored in your browser by clearing your browser’s site data.
